About

I’m Jen Ryan and I work with women on their divorce journey who deeply crave clarity, confidence and a fresh new start, and to leave their old stories behind. In other words, people just like you. I use my coaching and years of experience working with women from all walks of life (from corporate to home manager) to help them get through the emotional challenges of their divorce with a solid framework and clear strategies.

This journey and my own relationship experience of being separated for 10 years before finding a new way to build the life I truly want, is what’s led me to you now. I feel just how much you want to want joy, energy and confidence again
You want to get your mojo back. And I can help.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, I’ve lived in New York City and now Boulder, Colorado, since 2012. I am certified in Personal and Executive Leadership Coaching by the Co-active Training Institute (www.coactive.com), hold credentials from the International Coaching Federation, and have gained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from the wise and generous DEI team at the University of South Florida.

Whether you’ve been divorced for years or just trying to start over and somehow build a new life, give yourself the gift of 45 minutes every couple of weeks to be truly listened to, seen and heard. We’ll work together through your Beyond Divorce Recovery program to help you find a deep, true sense of peace and closure.

NOT ALL THOSE WHO WONDER ARE LOST

After I separated from my husband I spent 10 years simply trying to get through each day. Sure, some of those days were rich and meaningful, and some were a new adventure (hello, dating).

But the truth is I was wandering. I was miserable in my job, my friends were getting a wee bit tired of my “woe is me” story and for the most part, dating felt empty and just hard work.

I spent most days feeling drained and exhausted, starting each day with a long commute, then trying to manage the demands of a heavy duty job. I had no fuel left in the tank for myself and the things that brought me joy. I reasoned that at least if work was going well (sort of), that would have to be enough.

But it wasn’t. I realized that work, with a bit of casual dating is only part of who I am and I needed to get to know those other parts of me again.

I wanted to know ME again.

I wanted to lean into my completely neglected spiritual side.
I wanted to get to yoga classes, I wanted to find my sense of humor again.I really, really wanted to go clothes shopping without feeling like “what’s the point, who’s going to notice if I have a new dress". I was miserable and had completely let go of what I truly valued in my life.

Enough was enough.

Does that sound familiar?
It does not have to be your story any longer.

I ask powerful questions to help you open up to new ideas about what’s possible. I’m curious, creative and pull no punches in helping you reach your goals.

I focus on helping my clients dig deep and discover what they really want for themselves.

I’ll help you uncover what you truly value in life.

You will move from feeling lost and disconnected to confident and excited about the momentum you’ve found for your next chapter.
